Default Pye and ITT PMRs

Prompted by another thread to look at what Pye units I have, I find I have a selection of AM Pye units:
Cambridge AM10B low band boot-mt (2-off) 3 ea
Cambridge AM10B high-band boot-mt 3
Cambridge AM10B high-band dash-mt may have been re-tuned for 2m 5
Westminster W30AM probably high-band (2-off) 9 ea
- no band or channels marked but someone will recognise the band from the photo of the PA anode coils

F450T-RX Base Rx unit, solid state, mains supply, rather nice unit 25

ITT/STC/Star UHF remote base units: Star PTx5 tx set for 461.45MHz; STT 3-LRU-192A rx, helical filters, dual conversion; ITT Inter-Unit 90LRU105B interface between RF units and phone line. The 3 units seem to interconnect with 3 cables (why not 2? or 6?) and the knobs for the rx are stowed inside for shipping. 15

Postage at cost etc etc

Just found another unit while looking for the pickaxe: Pye Vanguard AM25T, mid-band AM with tx on 106MHz and rx on 136MHz. I think these freqs were used by the power utilities in the era when the Home Office had base tx on 104MHz
Untouched and nice clean condition, 7

Seems zero interest on these, which is such a shame. No doubt a lot more interest on online auction sites may I suggest? I think most have had a chance to express an interest on here, your prices seem to me to be fair. Just add "Police" to any radio description! Not inaccurate at all, as a lot of Pye gear was made for the Home Office back then.

One of the Cambridges is crystalled up ready for one of the old Fire Brigade channels - wonder if that would have the same cachet as a genuine Police unit. The UHF units almost certainly were Police.

The Vanguards can be re-purposed as a PA amplifier, the mod transformer has a low impedance secondary. More useful if they're 12V versions of course.
