Default Releasing holding clips on U443 Ekco dial

Hi again, This may be a stupid question, but ,how do I get out the clips holding the dial glass without breaking either the glass or the Bakelite. Any ideas will be very much appreciated. Regards, Dick.

I can't find any reference to a U443 amongst the usual sources and wonder if it's an export model in which case there will be an equivalent of some description. If possible photos of the set and the clips might help.
