Unknown make battery model- Grundig receiver.
Hi. I am having trouble identifying a model designation for this receiver. It is battery only, 5 band and pickup. It has no back cover so I cannot tell what it is.
I suspect it was possibly an export model, looking at the dial markings which are different to the majority of grundig receivers. Does anyone have a similar radio? Valves are as follows. (not sure of correct order) DF96 (with 944 on top) DF96 (with 947 on top) DK92 DAF91 DAF96 two times DL94 and a DM71. this is a magic eye kind of indicator lamp. Thanks, Murray |

Re: Unknown make battery model- grundig receiver
The nearest I could find on radiomuseum for the valve line up is this:
https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/grundi...d2037_be3.html This receiver in the link below, although E series, valves looks very similar for the tuning scale and also in general for the chassis and cabinet: https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/grundi...037_wze3d.html Lawrence. |

Re: Unknown make battery model- grundig receiver
By using the valve data in rm.org, I have found this near match. Slight difference in valve numbers but I wonder if it’s close enough?
https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/grundi...d2037_be3.html I will print off the schematic and see if it looks to match. Thank you everyone. |

Looks like the battery version of a 2035 to me.

I found this through valves data on rm .org. I think it might be pretty close, but no photo..
