Necchi 513 Rewire
I've recently come into possession of a vintage Necchi 513 zig-zag sewing machine. With original papers and receipt from 1963!
I had it running perfectly at home, however on further inspection noticed bare cable coming out of the motor and upon opening found a blown capacitor. I'm looking for a replacement capacitor but cannot for the life of me find a modern equivalent. (see attached photo). Regarding wiring if anyone had advice on gauge I should be using for 1. Motor to Machine 2. Pedal & Mains to Machine It would be greatly appreciated - Bruno |

Re: Necchi 513 Rewire
That looks like a 3-pin delta capacitor.
The farnell website is crashing this evening so no part number for now. |

I had a look on Farnell, but don't seem to find anything "close"?

Re: Necchi 513 Rewire
I think an extra zero has crept in there. It should be 0.025uF
