Just checked the heater connections
The 47 the 624 and the dial lamp (marked 2.8 v) come off one set of winding tags and the 80 comes from another set Philip |

Seems you have all the right bits then. That's a really pretty set. The cellulose dial looks as though it only had frequency markings and no stations so should be possible to make a good replacement with the right graphics software.

If that's the mains lead going in top left and connecting to the bottom left hand two terminals on the transformer, the insulation is looking badly perished.

Fear not, that is indeed the mains lead, and it is very badly perished, however I am only at the prodding and pocking around stage, no power anywhere near it yet, one of the many things to replace.
