Default 63 Wurlitzer. Loud hum

Hi does anyone know why I have a loud hum coming from my jukebox it seems the more you turn up the volume the louder the hum. It's a 63 Wurlitzer.

Any ideas?

Is that a model number or a date? Do you have service data?
