Default Harpenden Halls.

Is it still permissible to park on the grass in front of the halls.?

I'm not sure it was ever "permissible" to park on the grass directly outside. If everyone did it would soon be mud. There is some parking on the Common near the cricket pitch but that is a long way to carry your purchases.

In the ten years or so that I've been going I've always found somewhere to park in the small roads on the other side of the main road, near the entrance to Rothampstead Park.
