Default Mystery valve

Here's a valve with all the markings rubbed off.

It's a 5 pin base with a screw cap for the anode. Balloon shape with straight (i.e. no convex) sides. Parallel plate anodes.

4 volt indirectly heated, gives around 1 mA/V at 100V anode and screen, zero GB.

Pics attached (the reddish tinge is reflection from my pullover!). Can any kind and knowledgeable person identify this?

Sometimes there are marks on the pinch that can help.
