Default Kw2000

Hello, I've got a KW2000 on the bench which I'm very slowly working my way through.

A few questions, first, are the ceramic capacitors which couple the grids to ground etc of any particular voltage or specification? The drawings only list the voltages of some capacitors and not all, so wondered if perhaps they don't
need to be anything particular?

Thanks.

Possibly depends on what voltage is across them and where in the circuit. Got a 2000A and B here waiting to be re commissioned.

Well yes it does of course and I could make a rough calculation, but curious as to why the manual specifies some, but not others.
