Default Help with an aerial rotator

I thought I would make use of this rotator ,when I tried it it was rather noisy ,so I stripped it down to have a look some ball bearings fell out ,it needed a good clean and grease, but when it came to putting it back together I am not sure about setting the timing, any help would be apricated . Mick.
