Default Taylor 45C Component Values help

I have obtained a Taylor 45c. There are 3 resistors on a tag board that do not have values can anyone assist. Thanks for reading

R5 2K 5% WIRE WOUND
R6 550 OHM 5% WIRE WOUND
R7 110 OHM 5% WIRE WOUND
C1 0.1uF 350 volt

R5 used in Rectifier test
R6 & R7 used in Mutual Conductance test

Thank you for your help from your picture it would appear that the 0.1uf capacitor has fried and is missing
