Unhappy Re: Interesting simple tone control circuit.

I'm not generally using LTSpice except for some LT related stuff at work. I've got an oldish version of Simetrix to play with at home which I've tried various Ge device models in but hadn't found a realistic one yet. For tone controls etc I'm quite happy to use 2N2222 for NPN or whatever default small signal PNP transistor pops up.

Valve models are also of interest!

I had just seen the AC128 in the sim schematic and was curious about its provenance. It was obviously being used as a sub for the OC71 in the original circuit.

Default Re: Interesting simple tone control circuit.

Thanks for going to the trouble of running a simulation of the second circuit Peter, it makes an interesting comparison.
