Default Video 2000 Grundig 2x4 Video 2000 series

Hello,

I don't know how to check the piezo tracking assembly on the heads. I believe, the machine has a tracking fault, because the picture is very bad. The copper wipers are making a good contact.
Can somebody give me a short guide how to measure it, if the piezo is good?
Thank you!!!
