Default Ferrograph 3 A/N capstan

I am about to pull the capstan flywheel out of my series 3 to hopefully get it re- rubbered by Terry's rollers. Does anybody know if the capstan shaft is removable from the flywheel? 2 different metals so I would think it would be. Terry is unsure if he can do it if the parts can't be separated.

Thanks all,
David
