Sailor RT144C service (Warwick area) - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

I have been contacted by an old school friend who has a Sailor RT144C radio (marine radiotelephone 155-163MHz). He lives near Warwick.
It mostly works (on receive anyway) but he suspects that there may be problems with the PTT switch, interrupting the Rx.
If anyone would be prepared to have a look at it for him and maybe do a quick service, he is happy to make appropriate payment.
