Default R1155N help required please.

Hi, this is my first post to the forum - apologies for any errors:

I am rebuilding a R1155N receiver which I acquired in pieces. I am having difficulty in a couple of areas:

L30 (Audio transformer) – I can find no data relating the physical terminals of the transformer to their position either in the schematic (A.P.2548A Fig 4) or on the web.

Similarly for the 3 D.F. transformers L4, L5 & L40. Can anyone tell me for each transformer which terminal is which?

On The schematic there is an unidentified inductor shown below L40/above L3 (center tap to ground and winding ends to F.S. wf 2 and 8). can anyone tell me what it’s reference is?

Also, ref L40... someone would appear to have taken a hacksaw to it and cut off the ferrite slug. Does anyone have any information on what the complete tuning slug should look like?

Many thanks,
Derrick

Hi Derrick, welcome.

Have you tried the VMARS site. They have a library, accessable to all, of all kinds of manuals.

Cheers

Hi, thanks for the reply - yes have consulted VMARS library. Unfortunately (unless I'm missing something) the official documentation - A.P.2548A & AP1186 don't show relationships between parts physical connections and electrical schematic.
