Bush TR82 replacement tuning dial bright
We have all been there, drawn to the Bush TR82 series in otherwise good condition but missing its centre bright from the tuning dial. A simple solution is to use a nickle plated furniture glide of one inch diameter. These are very cheaply available from hardware stores and very simple to modify. Snip off the three fixing spikes and smooth off, glued into position the glide fits over the knob projection perfectly. The result is quite acceptable.
