Bush DAC90A band switch
this question is somewhat academic as dave aka 'boom' has donated a complete assembly with bracket which i'm going to replace complete but the question is, has anyone ever managed to remove just the switch without removing the tuning spindle Which looks difficult because of the type of fixing circlip used.

Re: Bush DAC90A band switch
I haven't got a bench vice Greg but I'm pretty sure that locking the flat of the spindle in one would enable a couple of small screwdrivers to lever the circlip off the outter (shorter) spindle length.
That seems the only way that Bush could have put them together unless anyone knows a different way to do it? |
