Default AVO Electronic Test Meter Mk 4 terminals.

Good evening.
I have just acquired one of these (today.)
I have an electronic copy of the user and service manual(s.)

The HP and LP screw in insulated terminals are both missing.

The screw thread appears to be 4BA - (at least a 4BA half inch brass bolt fits.)

I have attached an image showing the terminals in situ from an earlier iteration of the design - they are exactly the same in the Mk 4.

Would anyone have a clue where one might source suitable replacements?

Any information most gratefully received, TIA.
