Default Signal tracer /injector (square wave)

Looking for the above, no homebrew or circuits, must be a 70s- or 80s commercial unit, with circuit diagram, need not be working but must be complete at a reasonable price. Please PM me Electronwilly.

I think these were more common commercially back in the 60s rather than later than the 80s.
Can't put a makers name to one though. I vaguely recall kits of such items as well as the numerous magazine construction articles.
