Dial scan available: Defiant MSH 954
Chaps - I've just finished all the clean-up Photoshop work on the dial glass for a Defiant MSH 954.
It looks (and prints) really well, but the file is huge, even in .jpg format (21mb). The Photoshop version is approx 60mb. The reason it's so large is because it's been scanned in at 600dpi resolution, so it will print well. Is there a central repository for these scans? I'd like to make it available for everyone to use if they need it! Cheers Andy |

I've attached a small version of the .jpg file for reference; I would not recommend printing from this; the quality will not be high enough, so if you'd like a copy of the "proper" file, PM me!

I think we could gain momentum on such a repository pretty quickly; it could be a hugely useful resource!
I must admit that if I knew more about creating web sites myself, I'd give it a go |

Re: Dial scan available: Defiant MSH 954
Richard Booth is happy to put dial scans on his website http://www.pasttimesradio.co.uk/dials/tuningdials.html I doubt he'll want one that's 21mb though Try clearing the background of colour and then use an aged/coloured card to print on
