I haven't tried it for this, but what about Greygate Plastic Polish which is intended for polishing perspex etc?

Re: polishing plastic crt shields
Hello there,
If the scratches are light brasso will probably work but use a clean and non-abrasive cloth for polishing. It is important that the cloth is clean otherwise a bit of dirt could scratch the surface when rubbing (Found out the hard way when cleaning the perspex front door of my iguanas cage, picked up the first cloth and before long there were circles everywhere ) Regards, Christopher capener

By "Handy", do you mean mobile phone? In other words, are you suggesting we use the little tubes of polish you can buy for removing scratches from the screen of your phone? Nick. Last edited by Nickthedentist; 1st Apr 2005 at 7:30 pm. |
