Default Which belt for a Ferguson Radio Cassette Recorder?

I have a Ferguson model 3270 radio cassette player, bought in the 1970s. I've just stumbled across it in the loft and to my pleasant surprise it works. The cassette player is a bit hit and miss and I'm assuming it needs a new belt.

Does anyone know how to find the correct p/n and/or dimensions?

Alternatively, if I buy a pack of various sizes (seems widely available on ebay, for example), how do I assess correct fit/tension?

Many thanks in advance.

The correct fit is not too tight, and not loose. Yes, easy to say I know, but if it goes on tight it should be relatively easy to spot, the straight runs will feel particularly taught to touch. Similarly a too loose belt will 'bow' from one pulley to the next. You're looking for something between the two, it's a 'feel' thing.

Thanks, Steve.

I know that Ferguson used to buy in JVC hifi cassette decks at that time but I don't know if their lower end devices came from JVC. I had one of these radio cassettes bought in 1975. The radio was very sensitive but the cassette performance was a bit disappointing after the Philips EL3302 that I had been using before.
