Unhappy Studer B67 capstan spin problem

The capstan spin a while and stop when apply the power in switch. What could the cause?

Are you saying that when you turn the recorder on the capstan spins for a short time and then stops?

The supply for the capstan motor comes from the 130 Volt winding on the mains transformer via the fuse, diode bridge, etc.
