I note that you're in the USA. Are these resistors fitted to equipment imported from the UK?

The 3k3 on the RHS looks like a replacement. The black coating on the leads could be indicative, they look Eastern European to me: Soviet and East Germany liked using a green coating, could be wrong though.

Hi.
Have seen the green coated ones on some Japanese equipment. One of my Yaesu FT-480R transceivers has a load of them, the others don't.

I'd agree they are Eastern block, carbon film. The Russian version were usually printed values rather than coloured bands.

The beige bodied one in between is almost certainly a Guest electronics (Yuogoslavia) component, NOS are very sought after by the Audio fraternity, the only exceptional attribute I've known them to have is very close tolerance, far better than marked ,and very age stable for carbon.

An important hint (and something I'm curious about) is in what brand and type of equipment they are mounted.
