Has any other forum member had any dealings with nhecomponents.com based in Beirut? An extensive website of spares, including NOS Sanyo Beta heads, but, payment for items can only be achieved using Western Union money transfer which is ringing an alarm bell for a friend and myself.
Any success story or otherwise using this supplier would be appreciated. Thanks. Philip |

Personally, I wouldn't be touching this even with someone else's bargepole!
[At least paying by Visa/Mastercard/Amex you can do a chargeback if the products/services you receive are sub-par].

I must agree, Beirut is a very dodgy location, even if it's an honest operation. You're better off dealing with AliExpress or eBay if you want cheap stuff.
Western Union is the standard scammers' payment option. |
