Thanks for the link Lawrence, some good pics there!

The Olympic name was also used by Pye on their 19" dual standard colour receiver, the CT71, the smaller screen version of the CT70.
The CT71 also had a similar looking rotary tuner to the 67/368 chassis.

A Perdio 'Devon' LW & MW radio in the film 'The Mutations' (1973). Can't recommend the film.

Whilst watching "The Medusa Touch (1978)" on TPTV I spotted an Philips N1502 (or it might have been an N1700) VCR.

IIRC there's an N1500 in a Sweeny ep.

Last week on TV 1974 Francis Ford Coppola film "The Conversation" starring Gene Hackman, had a bunch of reel to reel tape recorders including several Uher Universal 5000s, there was also a 10.5" machine that I could not identify.

Gene Hackman actually appears to know exactly what he's doing in 'The Conversation'.

Ditto Toby Jones in Berberian Sound Studio' (2012) where he drives a Nagra 4.2 (among others) as though he's been doing it all his life.

In the Eastenders episode which is mostly a flashback to 1979 the Mitchell family has a Sony KV1320UB. A speech by Margaret Thatcher & a few seconds of Blankerty Blank can seen on it, complete with some snow in between channels while it was being retuned.

Ampex 350 is mentioned on another site.

It's years since I watched the film but IIRC they were Ampex machines.

I spent several years working on them back in the 1970s.
