Hi - can anyone recommend 'JPR Electronics' for reliable / genuine semiconductors ?
https://jprelec.co.uk The website etc. all looks good, so I'm just looking for any comments, good or bad, from anyone who's used them in the past. Thanks, Alan |

They're mentioned here - https://www.diyaudio.com/community/t.../#post-2354070 I searched for "JPR Electronics scam" & "JPR Electronics fake transistors" and only found that one thread. By that reckoning they look kosher.
Andy.

I am working on an updated version of that spreadsheet. It may be a month or two before it and the full document are ready to be published but I will do a quick run-through for dead links before posting.

This is an updated version of the Vendors spreadsheet in post #89
New entries are shown in red. I have confirmed that all of the links are still active as discussed earlier. There may be a few links that look to be dead but are not. This article from Microsoft explains the problem and how to fix it. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...c-1c03e238c95e I am not a fan of editing the registry and since the websites URLs are given in the spreadsheet it is only a matter of copying and pasting the URL into your browser. Mods: can you delete the old version and redirect to this post? TIA Al
