Default USAAF Equipment

Hi there
I'm new here so please bear with me!
I own a 1944 Dodge Weapons Carrier wich I've converted into a USAAF Flight control truck (essentially a mobile control tower) and am trying to source radio equipment. So far I've got the BC348, wavemeters and other assorted signal corps bits and bobs but am looking for The ARC units. I confess to being a complete novice and when it comes to radio gear as all of mine is display only and dosent function Heresy I know but If anyone has any visually complete ARC's or any wartime Airforce radio gear working or not I'd be definately interested...

Many thanks
Hopefully this is in the right section... if it isn't mods please feel free to move
Thanks

Hi,

There is a specialist military radio forum who may help (Wireless-set-No19 at Yahoo groups.com), I do know alot of the ARC stuff is in Europe places like France and Holland. There are specialist dealers still over there.
