Default Wireless world all span radio 1934

Hello Guys
I have just bought this wireless which was restored /reworked by a Mr G Dixon-Nuthall in the 1990's. What a fantastic radio works and looks great. It came with quite alot of paperwork eg new circuit diagram as it has been modified and a copy of wireless world 1934 explaining how to assemble the radio. With this paperwork it says refer to the BVWS bulletin 21.4 for more information? Does anyone have a copy? If so could you let me know what information is in it regarding this restoration if any?
Many thanks Ade
