Default Two boxes boxed valves, mainly TV.

Ben sorting in my garage again!
I have the following 2 boxes of virtually all tv valves to offer.

Payment by Bank transfer, Paypal friends/family or cheque.
NO HAT!
PLEASE reply on this thread with what you want reserving so others know.
Then pm me with your name and address and what method of payment.
I will reply with relevant payment information.

First picture shows both boxes. I seperated into older types and more modern types.
Second and third are the box of 35, priced at £10.
Fourth and fifth are the box of 50 priced at £15. One of the B9A EHT rect in this box has a loose top cap, but looks new.
I checked all boxes to ensure no soft ones or obviously used, such as bent pins, dust or grime on the envelopes.
(There were 3 or 4 soft, with cracks around the B9A pins, despite being unused. These were binned. There was a recent thread about this problem.)
However, I am unable to guarantee every valve works ok, as none are tested.

Postage for either box is £4. Though I will do my utmost to protect these for transit, I cannot guarantee they will all survive extremely rough treatment or being trodden on!

Thanks, Rob

I'll go for box 2 Rob. Some of them would be interesting to try re-purposing for audio... although not the EHT rectifiers!

PM coming.

Will close this thread on Thursday if no takers as they are in the way.

I'm surprised nobody wants box 1. I can see a couple of PL81s and PL36s in there. You could build a modest class A stereo amp with either of those.

Sorry Doug, that box went last night to Jez. He already bought box 2 a week ago and he meant last night he would take the remaining box (1), referring to it as "second box".
