Default Unusual rubber bungs/feet

I have some of these unusual feet that look like miniature turbines. There were dozens strewn around the car park at Harpenden Halls. I rescued some as they looked like good substitutes for 200/300 telephone feet. Just unsure as to what they may have been used for, maybe just a part of a packaging system which was discarded.
