Default AA and AAA NiMh rechargeables at Lidl

I spotted that a local Lidl has NiMh rechargeable batteries (AA and AAA) back in stock. At £6.99 for a "rainbow" pack of 8 of either size, that's well worth snapping up to replace betteries in cordless phones, solar lights etc. The AA cells are 2500mAh and the AAA cells are 1000mAh.
They also have packs of 4 green coloured cells of either size at £3.99.
I have used their AA cells before and they seem fine.

I bought 8 of these a few years ago, and they've been very good. Very low self discharge. Assuming these are the same, recommended.

They look the same as my batch from a few years ago.

Yes, I have near exclusivly all Lidl Ni-Mh and they have been good. A bit large for some devices but all the larger capacity Ni-Mh cells seem to be like that. According to Julian Illiet on YT that is the case with the IKEA Ni-Mh, with the lower capacity ones being smaller in diameter.

I have a couple of flavours of the glitter ones, some of the green and some of the original regular 2.5AH silver ones.
