Default Mystery Component

My latest project has a couple of components that I've never encountered before. I've circled them in red, can anybody identify them please?

TIA
David

Thanks for the replies.

They do physically measure up to the the description of Brimar SenTerCel selenium diodes. Hopefully they'll prove serviceable!

Thanks
David

The type number is stamped on the side, only the M is visible in the photo.
