EKCO K12 Battery Eliminator
Hi are any of you familiar with this model. I have purchased one. It only has 4 sockets in the paxolin on the top and a piece of that is broken. Not sure if It was a toggle switch hole or a hole for a flex. I know this model had a heater battery trickle charge which could be set at 2,4 or 6 volts

HimAlex, if you can post a picture it may jog memories as EKCO had a big range of battery eliminator types

Some information here: http://www.radiomuseum.co.uk/batelimin.html
These units normally trickle charged the accumulator when the radio was switched off, as hum was a problem otherwise. |
