Sony Air 7 low volume repair needed - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

Hi, I'm not sure if this forum would consider a Sony Air 7 Airband scanner vintage enough but I have one which I bought new and enjoyed for a few years.
I recently rediscovered it and found the volume was very low. On line research suggests it might be the 'volume pot' problem. I'm not able to do the repair myself so I'm asking if there is someone on the forum who could repair it or offer a recommendation.
Being almost vintage myself I appreciate the idea of keeping things going and deplore the 'modern' trend of discard-buy-new.
