Default Can anyone identify the maker???

Hello, a few months ago i was given this part from a Morse receptor. It is in very bad condition (it was even worse). I think it belonged to Spanish Post Office

photo 1 the armature looks like its an alternating current device not direct current as a morse sounder would likely be. pierce

It looks to me like there is an adjustable contact and spring for DC operation.
