Avo mk2 valve tester overload protection advice
Hi folks , i have had problems with low readings and also occasional slight
jerky ness with the movement , then the reading got even lower , but went up again , after trying different things i have found a poorly soldered wire on the overload protection , which appear to have 3 sets of points one set operates the lights i think and i think the other must be current , ive been reading up about setting the overload protection with a 2 k pot, can anyone offer any other advice regarding this unit, hopefully my low readings will now be fixed , also why do they use single wire and do i have to use it if i replace any cheers phil. |
