Lightbulb Tandberg 3041x reel-to-reel top panel and feet 3D-print.

Hi

I've recently come into possession of a Tandberg 3041x reel to reel it's going to take a bit of work to cosmetically restore. It did not come with the feet for vertical standing or a top panel to hide leads, there doesn't seem to be anything available online to purchase apart from one foot for sale on Ebay.

I plan on 3D printing feet and a top panel, I can work out the measurement for the 3D model but it would be a massive help if anyone who owns this player with the feet and top panel could send me some reference pictures to work from, it would help me to figure out how the original panel clipped on. Measurements for the parts would be even better! but I can work them out by measuring the system itself.

I need reference photos for Tandberg 3041x top panel and feet.

I'd be happy to share the files once there created so anyone can print them.

Cheers

A bit pricey with shipping etc., but there's a head cover currently for sale on US eBay:-

You may know already but for vertical running you also need the 2 rubber push on spool retainers.

I have the feet and top cover from my 6041x which I no longer posses.

I think they are the same for both.

I think later 3041x had a pull and twist reel locks.

I also have the short jumper phono leads used for sound on sound or echo

My 3041 does not but it could well be like the Akai 4000DS where the original (Mk 1) did not have the spool locks (so requiring the rubber spool retainers for vertical running) but the Mk II did.
