Members will be aware of the recent passing of the talented Karen Orton who posted so many projects in this section. A few of us were asked by her to secure the computing projects.
This post serves both as an index to the project threads and to signpost a video I have just uploaded showcasing the majority of the SC/MP based ones in actual use. I will hopefully cover the others in future videos. https://youtu.be/mZY5Q_jzRxs The video notes contain the index to the projects as follows: Karen's website... http://techlib.com/area_50/Readers/Karen/micro.htm SC/MP Projects on Vintage Radio Forum (with Video Times if you wish to jump) 5:49 The MK14: https://vintage-radio.net/forum/show...96&postcount=1 14:23 The SC/MP computer https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...92&postcount=1 19:03 The Peripheral System https://vintage-radio.net/forum/show...95&postcount=1 23:00 The ASR33: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...86&postcount=1 28:00 NIBL with PAGE2: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...58&postcount=1 37:15 NIBL Listing Throttle: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...2&postcount=20 46:25 Summary 47:30 The Orton View: Video: https://youtu.be/kcIyj-8Lh3c and its development thread; https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...&postcount=162 49:50 Executive Toy https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...01&postcount=1 51:15 The Last Post More info: Phil's PICL NIBL board build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQQYscBaKGM Other projects only mentioned in the video: The TV Clock: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...38&postcount=1 The DSKY version of the PIC14 https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...8&postcount=36 ZX79 - A 10 chip sort of ZX80 precursor. https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?t=160781 The Karenbak-1 - A computer that has no microprocessor https://vintage-radio.net/forum/show...14&postcount=1 The Minimal Z80 computer with clever serial in using the IRQ! https://vintage-radio.net/forum/showthread.php?t=149913 ************************************************** ************ EDIT by David (Radio Wrangler) We've been asked to add links to the whole threads for people who want to see Karen's wonderful work in its context. Could I ask one of the mods to add Computer to the thread title - hopefully someone will do a similar index for the TV and Radio ones?

I would agree, and it would be great if someone who followed her other areas of interest (Narrowband TV, etc) could round up links to those projects and put them in a similar post. I don't think there could be a better way of remembering her here on this forum.
