Maybe the pinch roller is worn?

I checked I saw it was healthy
It is interesting to note that when the bar is pulled forward and the left pulley is light, the tape does not move from its place. When I pull the bar from the first and pull it back again, the tape will collect again in the middle of the tape. Mine so that I'm scared to strip the bar. This happens again when the film is running and I want to pull the tape back.

The parts that I figured out in the figure indicated that the tape would move naturally up or down so that I had to tape or run it or pull it forward to get it again. !!!!
If I need to take a picture?

Please help me find the problem.

Thank you so much

Looks like the pinch roller is worn. If possible, remove it and inspect it for cracks in the rubber. If it's shiny then you need to replace it.
