Default Aurora Picture/Sound Carrier Ratio

HI

Can anyone confirm; Does the Aurora produce the correct 405 line vision to sound carrier ratio? A high sound carrier could lead to picture/sound crosstalk?
From memory I think the 625 line ratio used to be around 7dB and then later reduced to 11dB as set design improved, what is it at 405 lines?

Regards

Default Re: Aurora Picture/Sound Carrier Ratio

Hi
Aurora SCRF405A default vision/sound carrier ratio is 6dB but is adjustable if necessary. I have never, however, needed to change from default - perhaps the problem is with set IF alignment - is issue evident with more than one set?
Hope this helps
Regards
John
