I'll just add in this separate post in case you miss it after reading the previous one, to note that the one shown in the link is a 'ceramic' and NOT a crystal type as you're original is, so its 'medium' output will be lower than the equivalent 'medium' crystal type cartridge, such as the TC8M. Also, if it's a mono player, you'll have to electrically bridge the two channels with that replacement cartridge.

The white cartridge in the photos is mono the stereo white version has 3 tag connectors unlike the 2 for mono, on a positive note his white mono is rare to find working, ive noticed that the rubber shank? where the stylus tip sits in the white version where white/cream unlike the standard semi transparent rubber like in the brown and orange cartridges, as for the H on it thats a mystery i always assumed the white version was the lowest output. Anyway im sure you'll get the cartridge sorted and enjoy ya dansette, and maybe you could sell the white cartridge and make a few pounds

It been suggested bsr x5M not H. So if you did try the bsr x5H it would overload the front end and some distortion would occure, but it’s up to you give it a try it’s your call.
Also make sure you check your pressure, you said originally 12 grams well that is far too high so adjust to around 6 grams, and take a look at the condition of your stylus.
Good luck
Cheers
