Default WANTED: High Voltage Plug Connection

Hi all,

Since years I am on the run after a high voltage plug connection.
It has to be good for 17 kV at a b/w TV.

It has to be life-safe and the hot female part will be mounted on the back
of the cabinet.

It is for an italian "Diamond" mid 60s TV receiver with one chassis but two
cabinets and two CRTs and two speakers.

Maybe these kind of plugs were used on technical hospital equipment?

Thanks in advance,
German Dalek

Hi, have a look at the AVO RM215 L/2 breakdown tester. This goes up to 14KV and has recessed plugs and sockets fitted.
They may be available or you may be able to replicate in a good quality plastic if you have the use of a lathe
