Default LOPT of Philips 663A

I'm trying to get some information about the LOPT of the Philips 663A; also used in the 383A and similar Philips and Mullard sets.

Many 663A's have been scrapped, or were offered for very low prices, and I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with such a LOPT or even with some info about it.

Such a chassis with LOPT (circled in red) (click for larger photo):

The chassis as, unfortunately, it is now:

A photo of the LOPT itself:

Dimensions are about 5,5 cm each side.

All information is welcome.
Thank you in advance!
