Default Sony EV DT1 power supply hiccups

hi, I have 2 power supplies, both of which are hiccuping. they don't start, the power light flashes. I have already replaced all the leaking capacitors, usually that is enough, and they work again. Anyone have any ideas where I should look?

Sounds like an overload on one of the secondaries, check diodes
