Default JVC GR-S77 camcorder fixing help


i'm in the process of collecting some late 80's early 90's camcorders.
i probabely won't surprise you by saying than most of their issues is a bunch of bad capacitors...

i've recently worked on this one, but i face an issue i don't really understand.
and i'm not really a camera expert anyway
i'll get the service manual soon (paper version), but some help is always welcome.

the issue is there's some green/red smearing appearing in high contrast situation.
here's a shooting of what happen :

seems realted to an AGC problem? don't know...

other than that, it work not so bad and give pretty good results when the exposure is stable
