If you experience problems with vendors and sellers including retail shops and online retailers.

Please try to resolve your problem BEFORE posting on the forum.

I had one member post something which could have implied that a reputable trader was acting fraudulently.

If you really feel the need to write about a seller on this forum, please contact a moderator first.

May I remind you that writing posts that are untrue could be considered libellous.
