Default A name for these nuts? (flat eye bolts)

Does anyone know what these handy little gizmos are called? They have a 4BA thread with 6BA clearance through the hole.

(A bit blurry as I think it's right on the edge of the macro function.)

Possibly eyelet screws or bolts?

Eyebolt?

Though these are usually larger, but topologically they are the same.

I googled both names and got nearly what I was looking for then saw some called 'flat eye bolts'.

That's apparently what they are.
