Default Sanyo VTC 9350 Audio problem

I'm working on my second 9350 now which is in fully working order. However, there's a strange problem with the audio. When the machine is in play mode, is sounds perfect but when it is in stop mode, I hear a lot of buzzing noise like something is not grounded. This happens with both the audio output and RF output, on the Tuner position or the External input position. When I try to record with it, it records a nice picture but the sound is very noisy! I hope somebody can help me with this. I have a lot of spare parts since I have two of these machines. Thanks.
